2. Event Attendance

By purchasing tickets or registering for Soul Food Tour events:

3. Ticket Purchases

• All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
• Tickets may not be resold above face value.
• Soul Food Tour reserves the right to cancel or refuse any ticket order.
• In case of event cancellation, refunds will be processed within 30 days.
• Event dates, times, and lineups are subject to change without notice.

4. Code of Conduct

Soul Food Tour is committed to creating a safe, inclusive environment. Attendees must:

• Treat all attendees, staff, and performers with respect
• Refrain from discriminatory, harassing, or threatening behavior
• Not bring prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances, etc.)
• Follow all local laws and venue policies

Violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Soul Food Tour website, including logos, graphics, text, and images, is owned by Soul Food Tour LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Soul Food Tour and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your attendance at events
• Use of our website
• Reliance on information provided
• Personal injury or property damage at events

7. Vendor & Partner Terms

Vendors, sponsors, and media partners are subject to additional terms as outlined in their respective agreements. Partner inquiries submitted through our website do not constitute a binding agreement until formally accepted by Soul Food Tour.

8. Changes to Terms

Soul Food Tour reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
